Praises unto Him for 2025 ( Ministry Review)

Looking back over the past year of 2025, there is so much for which to bless and praise the LORD Almighty!

During the first month there were opportunities to conduct prayer group meetings for Israel and Jewish people, while meeting some Israeli youth who came to visit the Czech Republic. Secondly, in February, we helped with many organizational needs during the "Israel" conference in Cesky Tesin, when Israeli worship leaders came and other teachers shared good ways to support the Jewish people in prayer. Believers from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine attended.

Toward the end of February, and early March, Messiah's Compassion traveled into West Ukraine, (Uzhhorod and Mukachevo) to serve Jewish people and to preach for a Jewish Messianic congregation, encouraging and praying for the leaders and others. There were powerful prayer meetings as well in Uzhhorod. The annual MC board meeting was conducted in mid-March via zoom internet. The two pastors and Jeff reviewed the 2024 activities of Messiah's Compassion.

Messiah's Compassion needed to find other housing for the office /apartment. Thankfully, adequate housing was found on time to make the move to an apartment nearby.  Late March and April, MC had the privilege to speak in a couple of Czech Pentecostal churches, including conducting a Passover Seder (dinner). The Czech believers really appreciated the biblical and cultural insights.

In May, an extensive ministry trip was completed to serve Jewish people in Kyiv, Poltava and Zaporozhe. The Jewish Messianic congregation leaders and believers need such encouragement now due to the prolonged war. In each location personal visits with food packages were made, serving Jewish elderly, the needy children or disabled. During visits to Jewish non-believers, we always share the good news of Messiah Jesus (Yeshua) and offer to pray for their needs.

In June, Jeff's youngest son Kalyn came for a visit and was baptized in a local Czech reservoir. He loved visiting Jewish and other sites in Czech, Poland and Ukraine. Unfortunately, during June, Jeff's mother had to go into the local hospital for over a week. Jeff returned to assist his mother and father as soon as she was released. Now, over six months later she has regained her strength, coming off of the oxygen supplies. We appreciate the prayers of everyone who supported her or visited.

In late July, Jeff returned overseas continuing ministry and prepared for another trip with Tanya to Ukraine, serving the Jewish people in August. Early September thru the end of October took us to ISRAEL to serve in a number of ways. You may see these blog posts in September and October to see the blessed time of serving in about 4 cities: Haifa, Kiryat Haim, Nof HaGalil (Nazareth) & Ma'alot.

In early November, it was a privilege to speak for the Cesky Tesin Pentecostal church and

share about the ministry to Jewish people in Ukraine and Israel. Local prayer meetings continued for ISRAEL. -Unfortunately, back in OK, Jeff's father had to have emergency medical attention a number of times. At the end of November, Jeff had to return to stateside to assist both of his parents, who are now 89 and 86 years of age.

May the LORD bless each of you as you pray, give, and show compassion to the children of ISRAEL, the Jewish people. Messiah's Compassion monthly supports projects in ISRAEL, and four to six times a year in three or more cities in Ukraine, serving unreached Jewish people. May God abundantly bless each of you and your loved ones!
